Kay 10 years ago hanging today at Kulture Klub, Minneapolis
I was at a seminar in Minneapolis 2 weeks ago on Collaborative Strategic Planning. As introduction I shared that one experience I’ve had was strategic planning for Kulture Klub Collaborative, a program I developed 24 years ago to bridge survival and inspiration by bringing together home-less youth and artists. At a break during the day a young man sitting across from me came up to me to say that he had been a Kulture Klub youth 10 years ago and now was working for Hennepin County Dept of Innovation. I hugged him and cried with amazement and joy.
